Your matters, your documents, your citations — in one workspace
MatterWell is a practice platform for law firms. Keep each matter and its files together, get a readable summary of a long record, work through a motion section by section, and check the citations in a draft before it goes out. Every result is presented for a lawyer to review, never as a finished answer.
What it does
Cliff notes
A structured summary of a long document — the parties, dates, procedural posture and what the document asks for — with a link back to the page each point came from, so you can check it.
Motion tutor
Work through a motion section by section, with the relevant parts of the record and your own prior filings alongside. It drafts and explains; you decide what to keep.
Citation checks
Reads the citations in a draft and reports what it could and could not verify: whether the cite resolves, and where the quoted language appears in the source. Unverifiable cites are reported as unverifiable rather than passed over.

MatterWell is offered in three tiers. Pricing is quoted per firm rather than listed, because seat counts and data-retention needs vary; ask us and we will send figures in writing.

How we handle your files
- Each firm's documents are encrypted under a key issued for that firm alone, held in a key broker outside the application.
- Sign-in is handled by Artemis, the identity provider Wildcard Corp operates. MatterWell never stores your password.
- Automated output is drafting and review support. A lawyer is responsible for what is filed, and MatterWell does not provide legal advice.
