What MatterWell is

MatterWell is software licensed to a firm. It is not a law firm, it does not represent anyone, and using it does not create a lawyer-client relationship between you and Wildcard Corp.

Professional responsibility stays with you

Summaries, drafts and citation reports are produced to be reviewed. The lawyer who signs a filing is responsible for its contents. Do not file output you have not read.

Your firm's data

Your documents remain yours. We store and process them to provide the service, and return or delete them when your subscription ends.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and to give notice of planned maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, and you should not rely on MatterWell as the only copy of anything.

Acceptable use

Do not upload material you have no right to upload, attempt to reach another firm's data, or use the service to break the law.

Changes

If these terms change materially we will tell account holders by email before the change takes effect.
